About Me
I’m a French-American sophrologist and busy mom—juggling work, school runs, after-school activities, laundry mountains, and the occasional “where did I leave my keys?” panic, all while trying not to forget to breathe!
Sophrology helps me pause, release stress, and sneak a little serenity into my hectic days. Now, I guide women through life’s transitions with simple breathing, relaxation, and visualization exercises.
My goal? To give you a warm space to breathe, recharge, and leave feeling calmer, more confident, and ready to take on the day… because taking care of yourself deserves as much attention as everything else.

Guiding Women Toward Inner Balance
My approach to sophrology is to support each person through moments of transition and change, helping them regain calm, confidence, and inner harmony. Perimenopause and menopause are powerful transitional phases where listening to the body becomes essential. I chose to specialize in this area to fully understand the transformations both body and mind can experience, and to provide concrete, compassionate support.
My practice is based on attentive, personalized listening to understand your reality, your needs, and your aspirations. Using breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques, I guide you step by step to ease stress, improve sleep, cultivate serenity, and strengthen your personal resources.
My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can refocus, restore your balance, and move forward with confidence and lightness.
