Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose perimenopause or menopause coaching?
This hormonal transition period can have a significant impact on your energy, sleep, emotions, stress levels and overall wellbeing, and it is not always easy to know what to put in place to feel better.
Coaching provides personalised support with practical advice tailored to your real-life situation.
The goal is not to “change everything”, but rather to better understand what is happening in your body and to implement gradual, realistic adjustments that help you regain more balance, energy and calm.
It is also a space for listening and support, where you can ask questions, feel understood and move forward at your own pace, without judgment.
Why choose sophrology?
Sophrology allows you to work on very concrete goals through breathing, relaxation and visualisation techniques tailored to your situation.
This type of support can help you better manage stress and emotions, improve sleep, calm mental overload, strengthen self-confidence, navigate periods of change, prepare for an important event, or simply learn to release pressure in a busy and demanding everyday life.
The aim is to give you simple, practical tools that you can reuse independently, so you can gradually regain more calm, balance and overall wellbeing in your daily life.
How many sessions before I see results?
A complete menopause coaching programme generally requires a minimum of 4 to 5 sessions, spaced 3 to 4 weeks apart, in order to implement sustainable changes and observe real, tangible progress in your everyday life.
A full sophrology programme is usually spread over 8 to 12 sessions, ideally on a weekly basis, in order to deeply integrate and reinforce the benefits over time.
However, all programmes remain fully adaptable to your goals, needs and personal pace.
How long does a session last?
Menopause coaching sessions last 1 hour. The first consultation lasts 1 and a half hours in order to carry out an in-depth assessment of your situation, symptoms, lifestyle and goals, so that a personalised programme can be designed.
Sophrology sessions also last 1 hour, with a first session of 1 and a half hours. This initial session allows for a deeper understanding of your needs, daily life and the challenges you are currently experiencing, in order to create sessions tailored to your pace and objectives.
Why choose me as your coach?
Because I combine a human, practical and personalised approach with genuine expertise in perimenopause and menopause support.
My goal is not to offer unrealistic or “perfect” solutions, but to help you implement changes that fit your real life, your pace and your individual needs.
My support blends coaching, sophrology and practical tools to help you regain more energy, calm and balance, while feeling truly heard and understood.
And above all, I know how destabilising this period can be… because I am going through it myself.
The free discovery call is also an opportunity for us to connect in a simple, open way, to see whether we naturally feel like a good fit, and to help you decide with confidence whether this support is right for you.
How are the sessions tailored to my specific needs?
Each programme begins with an in-depth initial consultation, which allows me to fully understand your situation, daily life, symptoms, current challenges, as well as your goals and expectations.
There is no single way to experience perimenopause, menopause or everyday stress. This is why each session is fully personalised and adapted to what you are going through at that specific moment.
Depending on your needs, we may focus more on stress and emotional regulation, sleep, mental load, weight changes, hormonal shifts, confidence, or that feeling of no longer being fully in balance.
The tools, exercises and guidance also evolve throughout the programme to respect your pace, your reality and the changes you are experiencing in your daily life.
Can I get reimbursed for sessions?
Coaching and sophrology sessions are not reimbursed by the French Social Security system.
However, some private health insurance companies (mutuelles) may offer partial reimbursement for certain wellbeing or preventive care services, although this varies greatly depending on the policy. Sophrology sessions are more commonly reimbursed when carried out by an RNCP-certified sophrologist.
The best approach is therefore to check directly with your health insurance provider to find out whether any reimbursement applies to your specific contract.
An invoice can of course be provided after each session to support any reimbursement requests.
