What to Expect in a Session

Initial Discussion

A special moment to pause, share your current needs, and explore the focus of the session I’ve prepared for you based on what you’re experiencing.

Guided Practice

The session continues with a period of guided practice. We begin with exercises that combine simple movements, mindful breathing, and muscle relaxation.

We then move into a guided relaxation, similar to meditation—a time of deep rest and positive visualization. This state of calm helps release tension in the body, soothes the mind, and allows you to cultivate feelings of well-being, confidence, and serenity, supporting lasting inner balance and providing practical resources for everyday life.

Closing Discussion

We conclude with a sharing period, allowing you to express what you experienced during the session, consolidate its benefits, and reflect on how to apply them practically in your daily life.
