Perimenopause & Menopause: The Big Shake-Up

One day, your body starts to change, and you’re left with the strange feeling that someone changed the rules of the game… without giving you the instruction manual.

You may find yourself feeling more exhausted than before, even after a “decent” night’s sleep. As if your energy has suddenly become completely unpredictable: fine one day, gone the next.

Sleep can also become a little… temperamental. Trouble falling asleep, waking up at 3 a.m. with your brain running an unsolicited mental playlist, or simply never feeling truly rested.

Emotionally, everything can feel a little more intense. You may notice yourself becoming more sensitive, more irritable (“Could you STOP chewing so loudly, please?!”), or unexpectedly emotional (crying for absolutely no reason, sound familiar?) without really understanding why.

And then there’s the mental side of things: that infamous “brain fog” where you walk into a room and forget why you went there, or start a sentence… only to completely lose it halfway through. Not to mention struggling to focus on a task at work while your brain seems to have fifteen tabs open at once,  and none of them loading properly.

As if that isn't enough, your body is changing too. Your shape, digestion, unexplained aches, hot flashes or other new sensations can start to appear, leaving you with the feeling that things just aren’t functioning quite the way they used to.

In the middle of all of this, one thing is clear: you no longer quite recognising yourself, without fully understanding what is happening or how to make sense of it all.

Perimenopause is a major hormonal transition that can begin long before your periods stop completely, with symptoms that often creep up gradually over time.

These hormonal changes are not just physical. They can affect every aspect of your wellbeing: your body, energy, emotions, mental clarity and self-confidence.

How Can I Help You?

The good news is that it is possible to regain more balance, energy and clarity… even when everything feels a little chaotic on the inside.

My approach is built around four simple, practical pillars designed for real life, the kind where you’re juggling work, responsibilities, family life and everything in between, while already trying your best to keep it all together.

🌿 Nutrition

No strict diets or impossible rules here. My goal is to help you better understand what your body needs to navigate this stage more smoothly: Stabilizing your energy, supporting hormonal balance, reducing inflammation, and helping with the stubborn weight gain that can sometimes appear during this time.

🌿 Stress Management

When the nervous system is overloaded, everything feels more intense. Emotions can spill over more easily, irritability can appear out of nowhere, and sometimes even hot flashes join the party!  Together, we work on calming your nervous system, lowering your stress levels and creating more emotional balance in your everyday life.

🌿 Sleep

Because very often, this is where it all begins. Difficulty falling asleep, waking up in the middle of the night, lighter sleep… when your nights are disrupted, everything else becomes harder to manage. My goal is to help you regain deeper, more consistent and truly restorative sleep so your body and mind can properly recover.

🌿 Movement

Movement is an essential part of supporting your body through this transition and preparing for the years ahead. We focus on strength, mobility and balance to help support your health, confidence and long-term wellbeing, while maintaining as much vitality and independence as possible.

Every programme is completely tailored to you. I adapt to your situation, your energy, your goals and your lifestyle, because every woman’s experience and needs are unique.

What to Expect

So you know exactly what to expect, here is how the process works, step by step.

🌿 Step 1: Free Discovery Call

The first step is simply getting to know each other through a free introductory call. This is a relaxed, no-strings-attached conversation where you can share your situation, how you’ve been feeling, and what you are currently going through.

On my side, I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your needs and determine whether my approach would be the right fit for you.

By the end of the call, you will have a clearer idea of the next steps. If we choose to move forward together, we will schedule your first consultation.

🌿 Step 2: Initial Consultation

During this first session, we take the time to explore your situation, symptoms, needs and goals in depth. It is also a space where you can ask any questions openly and without judgment.

Together, we define your objectives and the main areas we will focus on moving forward. From there, I create a personalised programme adapted to your lifestyle, your needs and your reality.

This type of support generally takes place over a minimum of around 5 sessions, as meaningful and lasting changes during perimenopause and menopause take time and consistency.

And of course, you remain completely free throughout the process, you can choose to stop the accompaniment at any time if you feel it is no longer right for you.

🌿 Step 3: Follow-Up Sessions

Follow-up sessions usually take place every 3 to 4 weeks.

This gives you time to gradually integrate changes into your daily life, without adding extra pressure or overwhelm. During each session, we review what has improved, what still feels challenging, and adjust the support according to your needs, your energy levels and what is happening in your life at that moment.

The goal is to move forward step by step, in a realistic and sustainable way, so that the changes become truly integrated into your everyday life.
